You will be able to see your driver's current location and track their journey in real-time with map tracking from the pick-up and drop-off location. You will also have complete visibility of your delivery driver's details, including their driver profile and vehicle details. If any issues arise, you can message them directly through the app.

You will receive an in-app notification once the driver has been allocated your job and they are on their way to collect your order. Our drivers deliver large orders or bulky items efficiently. To maximise efficiency and minimise challenges, our app includes a convenient feature that allows you to request additional helpers when you place an order.
To get started, you will first need to download the iDlvr app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app, you can create a driver account. Make sure you have your personal details and Australian Business Number (ABN) at the ready!
We strive to make our payment structure as straightforward and transparent as possible. Depending on the type of delivery, you get to keep up to 90% of the minimum delivery fee from jobs.
All payments are processed through Stripe. As a driver on our platform, you are required to create a Stripe account. You will not receive your payment for deliveries until the customer confirms the delivery has been received in the iDlvr app. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
