Where can I use iDlvr?

You can use iDlvr with any store or supplier. Simply upload your receipt, invoice or proof of purchase to the iDlvr app and let the store know that one of our delivery drivers will be picking up your order.

The iDlvr team are also working to build supplier partnerships with leading Australian businesses to make it even easier for customers to get items delivered on-demand.

How do I track my order?

You will be able to see your driver's current location and track their journey in real-time with map tracking from the pick-up and drop-off location. You will also have complete visibility of your delivery driver's details, including their driver profile and vehicle details. If any issues arise, you can message them directly through the app.

What do I do once I’ve placed my order?

Absolutely nothing! Your delivery driver will take care of everything. You will receive an in-app notification once the driver has been allocated your job and they are on their way to collect your order. If you need to contact your driver while they are en route, you can message them directly through the app.

Where can I contact the support team?

How much does iDlvr cost to use?

No hidden costs or unpleasant surprises - we promise! We strive to make our pricing structure as straightforward and transparent as possible. The price you see when placing your order is the price you pay.

What payment system do you use?

We use worldwide payment gateway Stripe for all payment processing. Please know that the only data we share with Stripe is your order number, email address and the total transaction amount. Stripe’s payment gateway is encrypted and hosted on their servers. What happens if my item is missing, damaged or I receive an incorrect delivery?

Please contact our customer support team using the chat in the bottom right corner of our website or call 1300 0-IDLVR (1300 043 587). You can also use the iDlvr app to chat or call the team. We will investigate the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Will I be compensated if my items are lost, damaged or go missing?

Our drivers will do everything they can to ensure safe delivery of your items. If anything is damaged or goes missing, you may be able to claim compensation. Please keep your proof of order as evidence of your purchase. Any compensation claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. iDlvr does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage. The compensation we offer does not limit any rights you might have under Australian Consumer Law. Are my items insured?

What if I need to change or return my item?

Directly contact the store you originally purchased your item from to arrange an exchange, return or refund.

Can I cancel or refund a delivery booking?

You may cancel the delivery and get a booking fee refund if your delivery request hasn’t been accepted by a driver within five minutes of submitting the delivery request. If a driver has already accepted the delivery job, please contact our support team using the chat in the bottom right corner of our website, call 1300 0-IDLVR (1300 043 587) or email support@idlvr.com.au. What can I get delivered?

No matter what you need delivered, you can get it to your door the same day. Many of our customers work in construction or are business professionals. The types of goods our drivers deliver range from trade materials to large items like white goods and furniture. If you need it, you can get it iDlvr-ed!

Can your drivers make large deliveries or transport bulky items?

Our drivers deliver large orders or bulky items efficiently. To maximise efficiency and minimise challenges, our app includes a convenient feature that allows you to request additional helpers when you place an order.

How do I create a driver account?

To get started, you will first need to download the iDlvr app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app, you can create a driver account. Make sure you have your personal details and Australian Business Number (ABN) at the ready!

How much do I get paid?

We strive to make our payment structure as straightforward and transparent as possible. Depending on the type of delivery, you get to keep up to 90% of the minimum delivery fee from jobs.

How do I get paid?

All payments are processed through Stripe. As a driver on our platform, you are required to create a Stripe account. You will not receive your payment for deliveries until the customer confirms the delivery has been received in the iDlvr app. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
